Grid Couplings

BK Industrial Solutions offers compact, high torque handling Dodge Grid-Lign couplings. Widely used in industry for both low-speed reducer output connections and high-speed motor shafts, Dodge Grid-Lign couplings turn pump, conveyor, and fan applications around the world.  Other applications include mining, paper processing, water and wastewater equipment.

Grid-Lign tapered grid elements are manufactured with high-strength spring steel, tempered and quenched for superior isolation of vibration and to cushion shock loads and reversing loads.

Rexnord Falk Steelflex grid couplings are the industry standard grid couplings in the USA and Canada, known for durability in critical applications, proven performance and versatile design, these couplings are the most frequently specified grid coupling in North America.  Their modular design reduces spare parts inventory counts required, and the replace-in-place design reduces downtime in changing elements.  Used with Falk LTG (long term grease) lubricant, there is no need to re-lubricate for five years.  And specified speeds allow equipment to turn up to 10,000 rpm.
