Chain Couplings

Through our relationship with IDC-USA, BK Industrial Solutions is proud to offer industrial chain couplings from Great Lakes Industry. These roller chain couplings feature hardened teeth, machined steel, tapered or keyed bores, and in-stock availability.  Stock finished bores available from 1/2 inch through 2-7/8 inches, with rebore options also available. Flange hubs and chain units are ordered separately, for maximum flexibility to your application. Contact BK Industrial Solutions for special order needs including tapered bores, splined bores, extra set screws, or metric specifications.

BK Industrial Solutions offers Martin roller chain couplings, with customer bored-to-size hubs, stock bore hubs for shaft sizes 1/2 inch to 5 inches, taper bushed hub couplings, and with QD hubs. Roller chain couplings have a greater than normal torque capacity compared to other coupling types within the coupling bore range. A larger size coupling should be selected for reversing or shock loaded equipment. Covers are available and recommended for moist environments and high-speed applications. All Martin chain couplings feature hardened teeth. Appropriate guards should be used for personal protection.
